  选项子串等校验全部通过;course_content_test 通过。

黑夜模式
- app_theme 拆分明/暗两套调色板,AppColors 随亮度切换;
  main 用 theme/darkTheme/themeMode + builder 镜像已解析亮度;
  主题偏好持久化到快照;进度页新增“外观主题”切换。

文档
- COURSE-PACK-JSON.md 更新 A1 词池覆盖(840/933)与材料复现约定。

"text": "Doctor: Good afternoon. I'm Dr Patel. What seems to be the problem?\nSam: Hi. I've had a sore throat and a cough for about five days, and it's not getting any better. Yesterday I had a slight fever, and today I feel very unwell.\nDoctor: I see. Any other symptoms?\nSam: I've got a headache, and my muscles ache all over. I've also lost my appetite. I haven't eaten properly for two days. And there's a pain in my chest when I cough. It comes and goes.\nDoctor: Is the pain sharp, or is it more like discomfort?\nSam: It's quite sharp when I cough, but otherwise it's mild.\nDoctor: OK. Let me examine you. Breathe in deeply... and out. Again. Your lungs sound a bit noisy. You look quite pale too. Have you had this problem before?\nSam: I had a chest infection two years ago, and it was similar.\nDoctor: Do you have any other health problems? Anything like high blood pressure?\nSam: No, but I'm allergic to penicillin. I had a severe reaction once, and my face started to swell.\nDoctor: That's important to know. Thank you. Have you had any operations?\nSam: Just one, on my wrist, after I broke it playing football.\nDoctor: Right. I think this is a virus, not a serious disease. Your body needs time to heal. The good news is that it doesn't usually need any treatment apart from rest. But because you've had chest infections before, I'm going to give you something just in case.\nSam: Is it serious?\nDoctor: No, I don't think so. But if it gets worse, you may need to see a specialist. Here's your prescription. It's not penicillin, so it's safe for you. Take one tablet three times a day with food. Don't drink alcohol while you're taking it. And you can take aspirin for the headache and muscle aches.\nSam: How long will it take to get better?\nDoctor: Most people make a full recovery in about a week. Drink plenty of water, and try to sleep as much as possible. A short nap in the afternoon will help too.\nSam: I'm supposed to go on a trip to the islands next week. Can I still travel?\nDoctor: Let's see how you feel. Don't make any decision now. Come back on Friday, or sooner if your fever goes above 39 degrees or you find it hard to breathe.\nSam: OK. Thanks, doctor.",

"text": "Good morning, and welcome to Health Matters. Today we're talking about stress. Stress is part of normal life, and a little stress can even help us. But when it continues for weeks or months, it can affect our physical and mental health.\nSo what are the signs? Many people get headaches or a backache, and some suffer from stomach problems. Others find it hard to sleep, or they wake up at 4 a.m. and can't stop thinking. You may feel tired all the time, lose your appetite, or eat too much. Some people feel anxious or depressed, and they lose interest in things they used to enjoy. Anxiety can also make your heart beat fast and make you feel short of breath.\nThe first step is to notice your stress. Keep a short diary for a week. Write down when you feel stressed and why. You'll probably see a pattern.\nThe second step is to look after your body. Regular, moderate exercise is one of the best remedies. You don't need to join a gym or do an intensive workout every day. Thirty minutes of walking, jogging or cycling is enough. Many people who listen to our show say that yoga or aerobics classes have improved their fitness and helped them relax. Try to stretch for five minutes every morning, especially if you sit at a desk all day.\nNutrition matters too. Eat regular meals with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, and don't rely on coffee to keep you going. Reduce sugar and oily food, and don't drink alcohol to help you sleep. Too much alcohol is also bad for your liver. It might help you fall asleep, but you'll wake up more often during the night.\nThe third step is to calm your mind. Meditation doesn't cure stress, but it can reduce it. Just sit quietly for ten minutes, close your eyes and breathe slowly. If you find it hard to meditate, listen to soft music or take a warm bath. And turn off your phone an hour before bed. A short nap after lunch is fine, but don't sleep for more than twenty minutes, or you'll find it harder to sleep at night.\nFinally, talk to someone. Stress can make people feel lonely. Share your worries with a friend or a family member. And if you feel very low for more than two weeks, please see your doctor. Mental illness is not a weakness, and there are effective treatments. Asking for help takes courage, but it's the first step to recovery.",

"title": "指南:旅行中的健康问题",
"text": "Staying healthy when you travel\nMost travel health problems are mild, but some can spoil your trip. Here's how to deal with the most common ones.\nStomach problems\nThis is the most common sickness among travelers, and it can be very tiring. It is usually caused by dirty water or food that has not been cooked properly. Drink bottled water, avoid ice, and be careful with salads and fruit you can't peel. If you get sick, drink plenty of liquids. Rest, and you'll soon regain your strength. Most people feel better in two or three days. See a doctor if you have a high fever, or if it continues for more than three days.\nInsect bites\nIn hot countries, mosquitoes can carry diseases. Wear long sleeves and trousers in the evening and use insect spray. If a bite turns red, painful and starts to swell, it may be an infection, so see a doctor.\nSun and heat\nProtect your skin with sun cream and a hat, especially between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Heat can make you feel weak, dizzy or sick. Touch your forehead: if it's very hot, you may have a fever. If this happens, move to a cool place, drink water and rest.\nAccidents\nSmall injuries, like a cut finger or a twisted ankle, can often be treated at a pharmacy. But if you hurt your head, or if you can't move your elbow, wrist or thumb, go to a hospital. You may need a scan.\nBefore you go\nIf you have a health condition, for instance high blood pressure, ask your doctor for advice before you travel, and take enough medicine for the whole trip. Keep it in your hand luggage, with a copy of your prescription. If you are pregnant, check that your insurance will pay if something happens, and ask your doctor if it's safe to fly. If you wear glasses because of poor eyesight, take an extra pair. Travelers who are deaf or blind can ask airlines and hotels for help before they arrive. If you need surgery abroad, call your insurance company first. Some medicine is not allowed in certain countries, so check before you go.\nFinding a doctor\nYour hotel can usually recommend a doctor who speaks English. In many countries, the staff at a pharmacy can examine you and give advice for minor problems, so a pharmacy is often a good first stop. For severe pain, if someone's tongue starts to swell after eating, or if someone faints or has difficulty breathing, call an ambulance immediately.",
