  选项子串等校验全部通过;course_content_test 通过。

黑夜模式
- app_theme 拆分明/暗两套调色板,AppColors 随亮度切换;
  main 用 theme/darkTheme/themeMode + builder 镜像已解析亮度;
  主题偏好持久化到快照;进度页新增“外观主题”切换。

文档
- COURSE-PACK-JSON.md 更新 A1 词池覆盖(840/933)与材料复现约定。

"text": "Dan: Welcome to Second Chances, the podcast about people who changed their lives. My guest today is Chen Hui. Three years ago, she had a well-paid job at a bank in Shanghai. Today she runs a small charity in Kenya. Chen Hui, what made you decide to do that?\nChen Hui: Honestly, it wasn't one big moment. I was good at my job, but I felt miserable. Every morning I woke up with this terrible boredom, and I couldn't concentrate. My friends were a bit jealous of my salary, so I felt I couldn't complain. Then my cousin went to Kenya to volunteer, and she sent me photos from a school there. I'd been meaning to do something meaningful for years, so I took three months off and joined her.\nDan: How did you feel about it at first?\nChen Hui: Terrified! It was much harder than I expected. There was no running water, the heat was incredible, and I didn't speak the language. The first few weeks, I was desperate to go home. But the children were so enthusiastic. They had so much curiosity about everything, and their enthusiasm somehow made me feel strong again.\nDan: That must have been challenging, mentally as well as physically.\nChen Hui: Absolutely. There were days of real despair, when we had no money for books and I felt completely hopeless. But I learned that you can overcome a lot of obstacles if you have determination and good people around you.\nDan: So when did you decide to stay permanently?\nChen Hui: One afternoon, a quiet girl who had struggled to read for months read a whole story aloud in front of the class. Everyone clapped, and her hands were trembling. I was so proud of her. That was her achievement, but for me it was a turning point. I went back to Shanghai, quit my job, and started the charity six months later.\nDan: How did your family react?\nChen Hui: My parents were anxious, of course. They thought I was being stubborn and a bit foolish. My dad didn't talk to me for a week! But they've been really supportive since then. Last year they came to visit, and my mum cried when she saw the new school building.\nDan: What's your motivation now, on the difficult days?\nChen Hui: The kids, always. And the volunteers. They come from all over the world, and many of them are just as ambitious and hard-working as anyone in a bank. They inspire me every day.\nDan: Do you ever miss your old life?\nChen Hui: Sometimes I miss the comfort of my old routine. But the misery I felt then was worse than any hardship here, so mostly I just feel thankful. My only real concern is my health, because I still work to excess and forget to eat.\nDan: What would you say to listeners who are thinking of changing their lives?\nChen Hui: Don't wait for the perfect moment. It doesn't exist. Start small. Volunteer for a weekend, and see how you feel. And don't be discouraged by people who say you're crazy.\nDan: Chen Hui, thank you. That's all for today. If you want to support her charity, you'll find the link on our website.",

"text": "Amy: Leo? Is that you? I haven't seen you since graduation!\nLeo: Amy! Wow, it's been ten years. You look exactly the same. What have you been up to lately?\nAmy: Well, lately I've been busy with my new business. I opened a small bakery last spring. My motive was simple: I love baking.\nLeo: No way! You always said that was your dream. How did it go at the beginning?\nAmy: It was harder than I expected. For the first few months, I worked sixteen hours a day, and I was increasingly exhausted. It was devastating when my first oven broke. But now it's going steadily, and I've got two staff. One of them is really talented and diligent. I'm really proud of it.\nLeo: That's a real achievement. I'm delighted for you.\nAmy: Thanks. And what about you? Last time I heard, you were working in a hospital.\nLeo: I still am, but I'm thinking of changing careers. I've been meaning to go back to university to study teaching.\nAmy: Really? What made you decide to do that?\nLeo: I'm not sure exactly. I think I need a change. Hospital work is rewarding, but it's emotionally hard, and I'm an emotional person. Some days you see a lot of sadness. And I've always loved working with young people.\nAmy: I know exactly what you mean. Sometimes you just feel it's time. Are you nervous?\nLeo: A little. My biggest worry is money. I got divorced last year, so I'm living on one salary now.\nAmy: Oh, Leo, I'm sorry. That must have been hard.\nLeo: It was. There were a few miserable months. But we're still friends, and honestly, the separation was the right thing for both of us. My friends were very supportive. My old teammate from the football club, do you remember Sam? He called me every day.\nAmy: Sam! Of course. Speaking of the football club, do you still play?\nLeo: Not any more. I hurt my knee in a game, and the healing took months. I used to be so athletic!\nAmy: I remember. You were so competitive. You always had to score.\nLeo: Now I just watch, and I sit on the sofa and shout at the TV.\nAmy: Like everyone else. Are you dating anyone?\nLeo: No, but I have a new companion: a dog!\nAmy: Oh, sorry, excuse me a second. That's my phone. It's my assistant at the bakery. OK, sorry about that. Where was I?\nLeo: You were asking about football.\nAmy: Oh yes. Actually, I've got a question for you. Would you like to help with a charity event? I'm doing a cake sale for the children's hospital next month. We need some volunteers.\nLeo: I'd love to. Will there be free cake?\nAmy: For volunteers, as much as you want.\nLeo: Then I'm definitely in. Give me your number, and let's meet up properly before then. I want to hear everything.\nAmy: Great. It's so good to see you, Leo.",

"text": "One year in Vancouver: the honest truth\nIt's exactly one year since I moved to Canada, so I've been meaning to write this post for a while. Lots of you have asked me, \"How did it go? Was it worth it?\" Here is my honest answer.\nThe first three months\nI'm not going to lie: it was much harder than I expected. I arrived full of excitement and hopeful plans. I had a newly rented room, a part-time job in a cafe, and a list of goals. But after a few weeks, the excitement disappeared, and loneliness took its place. My English was OK, but people spoke so rapidly that I often just nodded and smiled. I felt isolated, and the dark winter was depressing. I anxiously checked my phone for messages from home. It felt like survival, not life. Some evenings I sat in my room and cried, which is embarrassing to admit.\nWhat helped\nThree things helped me. First, I joined a running club. Running with other people is great for your mental health, and my fellow runners quickly turned into real friends. Second, I started to volunteer at a food bank for homeless people on Saturdays. When you see people living with real hardship and poverty, your own problems look smaller. Third, I called my mum every Sunday. Her encouragement meant everything.\nWhat changed\nSlowly, my confidence grew, and my nervousness about speaking disappeared. Friendship often comes unexpectedly: my best friend here was an acquaintance from the laundry room. I stopped comparing myself to other people and thought about my own progress. By month six, I could make jokes in English. By month nine, I'd been promoted at the cafe. Small achievements, but I was really proud of them.\nWhat I learned\nMoving abroad teaches you a lot about yourself. I learned that I'm more capable and courageous than I thought. I learned to adapt: to the weather, to the food, and to being alone. And I learned that feeling low is normal. It doesn't mean you've failed.\nMy advice\nDon't just memorize lists of words: talk to real people, even if you don't speak fluently. Write down your intention and read it when you feel the urge to give up. Improvement comes repeatedly in small steps, not in one big leap. And forgive yourself on bad days.\nWhat's next?\nPeople keep asking about my future plans. Honestly, I'm thinking of staying another year. My dream is to open my own coffee shop one day, and I think I could do it here.\nIf you're reading this because you're far from home and feeling miserable, I know exactly what you mean. It gets better, I promise. Leave a comment below. I read every one.",
