Phase 8 — Validation Strategy
Per-phase validation contract for feedback sampling during execution.

Wave 0 Requirements
- Existing
ReadViewSDKDemoTestscovers parser / resolver / persistence - No new test infrastructure needed — runtime diagnostic logs serve as evidence
